Our leader delivered a strong message on the Haitian tragedy and appeared prime ministerial-like, and what does Ujjal go and do? He goes out and does this.
Something no one from any other party, including our own, has done. Thankfully the media won’t get too upset about Harper bashing.
But this isn’t the first time he’s gotten us into trouble with Twitter. Donolo and the team need to rein him in quick before he says something on there that the media won’t forgive us for.

You are wrong. I don’t know if you understand opposition. Opposition must oppose, loyally & vigourously. The Leader stays high, doing loyally part, with some vigour though, one would hope, and others stick to vigourous part. Both are needed. Dosanjh is doing his job, and doing it well. And by his job, I don’t just mean as LPC, but as Opposition member: our system is built on it.
Utterly ridiculous! And a good deal of the reason people are turning off Politics. The role of the opposition is to oppose, but not irrationally and not in a way to bring disrepute on the house. During the war years and even after, most notably in the late night debate on the extention to the mission in afghanistan, parliamentarians really debated, civilly and reasonably and then come to an unanimous decision – to support the Government. There is a “Loyal” codicill to Opposition and Dosanjh has crossed it not only in this case but in his “moral weakness” criticism of the Military as well. He has established himself as someone whi is willing to stand on the backs of 50000 dead to score points and if that isn’t repugnant, to both the party and his compatriots, we are in deep deep trouble.
It’s clear that most people would say that Dosanjh is way over the top with this comment. Opposition is one thing but irrational flights of fancy are quite another and the voters clearly see through this.
